Rafting is not allowed for pregnant women, guests with serious heart problems, serious back problems, breathing problems, or serious medical conditions.
Guests must wear safety equipment and follow the rafting guide at all times.
In the event of an accident during transfers or the activity, our responsibility is limited to ambulance costs or transportation to the nearest hospital or clinic, whether the incident is minor or serious.
We are not responsible for personal medical treatment costs, hospital bills, loss of personal belongings, or any additional expenses.
Guests are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance.
Cancellation and reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the activity starts.
