Guests must be physically able to control the ATV or ride safely as a passenger.
Swing activity is not allowed for pregnant women, guests with serious back problems, heart problems, vertigo, serious fear of heights, or serious physical conditions.
Participants should follow swing staff guidance and use the required safety equipment.
In the event of an accident during transfers or the activity, our responsibility is limited to ambulance costs or transportation to the nearest hospital or clinic, whether the incident is minor or serious.
